Questions
What people ask first
How do I book a pair?
Choose two chairs on the booking page, or call us. Pairs and groups are booked ahead so the chairs sit together, and you start at the same time.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a chair is open. For two or three chairs together, book ahead.
How long does a pedicure take?
An express pedicure takes about 30 minutes, a classic about 45 and a spa or gel pedicure about an hour. Add-ons and art add a few minutes; we tell you before we start.
What is the difference between express, classic and spa?
Express is a short soak, shaping and polish. Classic adds filing and a foot massage. Spa adds a longer soak, a sugar scrub, a warm towel wrap and a longer massage.
What should I tell you before a pedicure?
Tell us about any cut, sore or swelling on your feet or legs, and if you have diabetes, check with your doctor first. Tell us too if you have reacted to a nail product.
Do I need to book removal?
If your nails were done somewhere else, yes: book removal first so we have time to take it off gently. Please don't pull off gel yourself.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
A friend is the whole idea. One guest per person can sit and wait with you. Pedicures are for ages 12 and up; for younger clients, call us.
What if my polish lifts?
Tell us within a few days and we will make it right.
How do you clean your tools and basins?
We clean and disinfect metal tools between clients, and each client gets a new file and buffer. Basins are cleaned and disinfected between clients and lined for each visit.
How does pricing work?
The booking page shows the price of each service. It depends on the service, add-ons, art and removal.
How does tipping work?
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your technician at the chair desk or when you book.
