Our policies

Book online or call. Pairs and groups are booked ahead so the chairs sit together, and walk-ins are welcome when a chair is open. No deposit is needed for a single chair, a pair or a group.

Tell us 24 hours before your time if you cannot make it, and 48 hours if you booked three chairs or more. Up to ten minutes late is fine. After that we may shorten your service, or start your friend first and fit you in behind.

A missed time leaves chairs empty that someone else could have used. After a missed time we ask that your next booking be made by phone, so we can talk it through.

Pedicures are for ages 12 and up; for younger clients, call us and we will tell you what we can do. Guests of any age are welcome to sit and wait with you, and a pair or a group can bring one guest each to watch.

Tell us if you have reacted to a nail product before, or if you have a cut or an infection on your hands or feet. We may ask you to see your doctor first and will gladly rebook you.

If you have diabetes, a wound, an infection or swelling in your feet or legs, check with your doctor before a pedicure and tell us when you book.

Tell us within a few days and we will make it right. If your nails were done somewhere else, book removal first, and please don't pull off gel yourself.

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your technician at the chair desk, in cash or on the card machine, or when you book.
